Vermont Art Sinks LLC handmade tiles are made in the same general process as our
sinks. Tiles are strong, durable and easy to clean and care for.

Handmade Tiles ~ Process...

The tiles are made in the same general process as our sinks, but rather than turned by
hand, they are rolled. The tiles are all handmade and finished, not molded, so each tile
is truly unique. Since the wall tiles are made of stoneware, they are very strong and
durable. They can be reliably cut with a wet saw for installation purposes.

Handmade Tiles ~ Availability:

During this introduction period, just call or email to find the current lead time for the
project size you are looking for. You can safely figure at least a 8-week lead time as
we will not be stocking any tile until we find what colors are popular, rather it will be
made to order.

Handmade Tiles ~ Color Choices...

While we are still testing colors for our tiles, you
can figure that they will be available in some of our
most popular colors. The tile above is shown in
Broken Blue. It would go well with several of our
sink colors.

Quality:

Quality is paramount in all of our products . Sinks are guaranteed to be compatible with standard US plumbing. Our work carries a full three year warranty
(see our business policy for more information on this).

In-stock Inventory:

At the minimum, this web page is updated monthly. Consequently, items on this page may no longer be available for sale. Some of the items on this page
are in our inventory, at our studio, while other items are at galleries or other retail stores. Check the item description to find contact information for
purchase for each particular item.

Colors:

Stains and stoneware glazes are applied by hand; therefore, they will vary from piece to piece. The environment in a kiln is dynamic, changing from firing
to firing depending on the wares inside it. Consequently, colors within a single piece may have varied colors and finishes. This is the beauty and nature
of handmade wares.

Handmade Tiles ~ Pricing...

Vermont Art Sinks wall tiles are all handmade, finished and glazed. We do not use
molds in the tile production process, so each tile is truly unique piece of functional art.
Size of the tiles is 3.5 square:

Field Tiles are $5.25 each ($47.25 per square foot)
Single edge bull nose tiles $5.75 each ($51.75 per square foot)
Double edge bull nose tiles $6.25 each ($56.25 per square foot)

Handmade Wall Tiles...

Field tiles will be available in some of our most popular colors. Color choices are still
in the works. Size of the tiles is 3.5 square. This allows for a 1/4" grout line.
